Book a 30 minute trial through the forms on this website. Parents are encouraged to sit in on the trial lesson to meet the tutor. We will have a chat about your favourite music, the songs you’re excited to play first, and the kind of guitarist you want to be. We will then immediately get you playing the guitar so that you have something to play at home - even if you decide not to continue taking lessons.

Guitar lessons start at age 6, with no upper limit—it’s never too late.

Your weekly lesson plus all of the events throughout the year, including Jam Sessions, Band Jams, and Live Recording Sessions—no extra fees.

Lessons run August–June (46 teaching weeks). We pause weekly lessons during event weeks, and we’re off for the October, Christmas and Easter holidays in line with Aberdeen City Schools. July is a holiday month with no charge.

Yes—pay only for the remaining lessons that month at a simple weekly rate, then switch to standard monthly billing from the 1st of the next month.

Absolutely. I can share photos/videos privately with your family and won’t post anything without permission.

Life happens! Your membership keeps things simple: one flat monthly price covering lessons and events. If you miss a week, we don’t reschedule or credit, but we’ll pick up right where we left off at your next lesson. If I ever have to cancel, you’ll get a refund for that lesson.
